What is Team Coaching?
Team Coaching takes the Program Implementation Coaching Cohort structure and customizes it for your prevention team.
We focus deeply on the areas where your program is stuck to keep you moving forward
Decisions happen in the room to fast track your progress
You create one, unified Program Implementation Roadmap for your strategy
Your team clearly defines roles and responsibilities, so each person knows how they contribute
Team Coaching at a glance:
Six 90-minute virtual coaching sessions, every other week, over about three months
Scheduling based on your calendar
Teams of four to ten participants; flat cost for entire team
Single or multi-organization cohorts: Prevention teams from sexual and domestic violence coalitions, state health departments, or combined groups
Focused on a specific prevention program or strategy that’s either in progress or being planned

Meet your coach
Astraea Howard spent seven years as Prevention Coordinator at Kentucky's sexual violence coalition, leading statewide prevention rollouts under the same constraints your team is working with. The Program Implementation Roadmap came out of that work. As the founder of CoAlign Consulting, she now does assessment and strategy work with sexual and domestic violence coalitions and state health departments nationwide.
